What we handle at the border

Cross-border travel with an elderly passenger requires preparation that standard transport providers do not offer. Before your trip, we send a complete document checklist covering passport validity, NEXUS requirements, medication declarations, and mobility aid declarations for customs.

At the crossing itself, our escort accompanies the passenger through the inspection process, communicates with border officers on the passenger's behalf if required, and ensures that mobility equipment is handled correctly during any vehicle inspections.

We cannot guarantee border wait times, which vary by crossing and time of day. We select crossings and departure times to minimise delays where possible.
